I agree meeting bloggers through video is so much fun! Your relationship instantly moves so far forward when you have a conversation face to face -- even if it is through a video camera.

I agree on hardcover, nothing like the feel and smell of a hardcover book. Oh Eragon is so good, I read my husbands, but sigh, paperback.
I hear Peter Gabriel in the background woman, loving that along with your beauti-mus tree!! I am laughing too about how you guys switch off holidays like we do, only his fam isn't cooperating with us much. OC is too fun, hubs was just out there again for work.
You live in Vegas with a fireplace? I thought Phoenix was the only place with whackadoodles who had fireplaces. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas my beautiful bloggy friend!
Okay. Fleetwood Mac and Heart. That's what I'm thinking. FM on your playlist and your favorite famous people to work with is Heart. Now. You look 23 or 24. But your kids are old enough that you have the awesome designer tree. So, how the heck old are you? I'm thinking older than you look. For sure. I did a vlog once. I'm not cute. Vlog was weird because I'm not cute. :)
I would never avoid you (even though my absence from blogging lately might make it feel like I am) and I really think you should come here for Christmas, or at least New Year's Eve! We would LOVE to see you!
OKAY how silly was that? I could have dressed up for the occasion, ya think? Also, I think I sound just like those silly teenagers, I'm just too old to act like that. Anywhoo here are my favorite backcombing products I'd like to share with you. Warning I'm a bit old school... Shaper, oh yes what I like to call glorified Aqua Net! I recommend regular Shaper for backcombing, works great the only thing is, if you breathe too much of it your nose hairs stick together and break off. As I said in the vlog, this is one of my new faves, Elnett. You can find it at Target for around $15. What I like about it is that you can comb through it easily if you need to, and I've yet to see flaky build up. And this my friends is what I have deemed the proper backcomb. I buy mine at Sally's beauty supply. They also have them as a full comb without the parting tip, and they're only a few bucks. With this particular style of comb, I find there is less breakage than there is
That's right Sponge Bob, you're not the only one! At some point today at my daughter's Cobra Kid Award assembly I quite possibly may have ripped the seat of my cargo capris. Question is when exactly. See all the parents sit in the back of the multi purpose room (what happened to separate gyms, cafeterias and auditoriums?) When your kid's class is called, that's your Que to get your camera ready because your child is about to receive the coveted Cobra Kid Award. Get your butt up out of your chair and get close (especially if you don't have a super powered lens on your camera, cuz your lucky if you will even be able to catch a decent Kodak moment in the lighting provided by elementary schools). So did it happen before or after I stood up to take pictures of Mr. Newkirk's 4th grade class with my back (and behind) to the gamut of proud parents? Or did it happen at Costco? One can only hope not to see a mother of two arching her back while pushing a heavy laden
"Who is your favorite celebrity you've worked with?" This is a question I get asked often. Honestly it makes me uncomfortable because I feel like my favorite isn't the asker's favorite and they're never impressed. Jude Law, Sylvester Stallone, Molly Sims... none hold a candle to "Heart"in my book. I can still remember in the 8 th grade opening a gift that contained a cassette entitled "HEART". This was MY tape, not my dad's L.P. that he would make me a copy of, this was a true cassette with a genuine cover and the songs printed (not handwritten) on the cassette itself. Ooooh see see, the lyrics are written in the jacket, no more rewinding and fast forwarding trying to figure out the words to my favorite songs. And look how cool Ann and Nancy were, I'll be staring at this for hours thank you very much, AND it rocked! Listening to Ann belt out a rockin tune in her amazing crisp and rich voice was not new to me. See my dad Te

I have only done one vlog so far.
You are so pretty! I love your tree.
You are so soft spoken. Just a wonderful addition to any blog is seeing the person talking to you.
Have a Merry Christmas!
