SPT.. Personal Growth

Because of a Blogger..... I actually blog.

I haven't been blogging very long, only a few months, and I do not get around much in the blogging world, I don't have the time I wish I did have. Thus my patchy SPT participation this month. I don't have a ton of blogging friends, I hope to have more. Anywhoo... I digress..

The personal growth I have come to because of blogging is a rejuvenation of sorts. Once again I am interested in my own life. As a mother, as a wife, as a homemaker, as a business woman, as a creative person. This is because of all of you out there who are such and inspiration. I continually say to myself, I wanna be like Jeanette, I wanna be like Lelly, I wanna be like bren, or Dacia, or lene, or Jessica. etc.

I just scrolled through your blog- and I am totally loving the cotton candy wig- I think I would like one as a prop here at home. We would love it!
And it made me laugh that you ran to check out our eyebrows.
That is something that I find so funny about SPT's- I look at some and think, "Do I really look like that?!"

Well I want to be like you too. To have even a fraction of your talent and self confidence would be such a treasure. I'll forever be grateful that Mike snatched you up because you are an amazing woman and I feel blessed to call you my friend.
Oh that is so silly, you don't want to be like me at all!! :) That was one thing I was wary about with blogging and looking at other's blogs, was comparing myself to them and their "cutest blogs on the blocks" and what their kids are doing and what jobs their husbands have and how many vacations they go on (some people seriously go on a lot of vacations!! And I am not referring to your jaunts to CA!) But on the lighter side of it all, yes it helps us share thoughts, ideas, goals, etc. (intentionally or unintentionally) in which we can inspire each other and build off of each other. I, for one, am thankful for other photographers blogs. I get so many fun ideas from other people!! I am glad you are my friend. I was just thinking today or yesterday "It's been awhile since we played walleyball with those guys..."
