Vlog #2 Questions? any Questions?

You may want to shut off the music --->

And on a sidenote SUPER SMOOCHES to Sassy Chica for this award.

Awards are so fun. They validate my rising blogging time on the computer when I could be doing other things like cleaning the kitchen, doing the laundry, picking up dog doo in the back yard. But Awards totally justify ignoring these things, don't you agree? Thanks for the LOVE Sassy and the justification. But the thing with awards is, there are rules. Which is a good thing, rules make it official. So I must blog officially... right?

The rules for this award are very simple...see for yourself
1. Post award on your blog, thank the person who awarded you and link back to their blog.
2. Pass the award to 15 newly found or favorite blogs you feel are worthy of the Best Blog Title.
(be sure to let the awarded blogger know you have awarded them this lovely honor)

My picks are... in no "official" order...

Bliss
Luv Ur Kids
Housewife Savant
Whispering Writer
This Mama Rocks
Sweet Jeanette
Tampons and Chocolate
Happy Hour Somewhere
Stir Fry Awesomeness
Tater Tot Mom
Jessica Without A Place
Janice One Moment at a Time
Lene Embrace the Chaos
Midday Escapades
Life of a Cinnamon Girl

Honorable mention to Keep In Touch With Mommakin, but she got the same award from Chica too.

Congrats on the award!

Thanks for passing it on to me :)
Ack! I got an award!?!?! insert bumbling-stuttering-mumbo-jumbo here. You knwo I don't know what to do with these things!

You also know my question - the red lipstick. I really want to get some, but I don't want to end up looking silly! I recently watched a youtube vid on fingerwaves. I want to try those sometime. How do you do them? And yeah, eyebrows.... is there some mathematical equation that figures out exactly what shape of brow is just right for what shape of face? You know you are a fountain of knowledge and I am only a drop when it comes to all this, so anything you say I will believe and think is fascinating! :) Thank you Mary, O Wise One, for sharing your wisdom with us!

Thanks for passing by my blog and commenting.
Please come back soon!!
Congratulations~! Awards are fun and blogging is so much more fun than picking up doggie doo or doing laundry. Yes, thanks for passing this on to me!

Hey! Thanks for the award - and congrats on yours! Oh, by the way, love the choice in your playlist! Back in the 80's I met the drummer of Loverboy. They had played in a local town, he was wondering around (on foot) in the next town and wandered up to a convenience store where I was buying gas. He didn't have a clue where he was (didn't know where the rest of the band was either) and, well, had been wasted.... oh the 80's. LOL

Thanks for the honorable mention and congrats!

Questions - where too start - I think I'll go with hair. Mine is baby fine and graying. I don't color it because I don't want to deal with roots. The gray doesn't bother me too much, but the lack of luster does. The only good thing about having fine hair has always been that it was soft and lustrous. Now it's just soft. How can I get some of the shine back without worrying about roots? Also - I need a flattering cut. I currently have a growing-out-non-do and I'm looking for something flattering and cute that won't require much effort. I'm not afraid of product, but I do tend to steer clear of anything that requires much time or effort. (that's time better spent reading blogs...)

Help me, Mary-Won-Kenobi! You're my only hope!

Thanks, Mary! Love you! I really liked your video on back combing. I am going to the Marine Corps ball this weekend and soooooo need someone to do that to me. But I will take your tips and try it on myself. Wish me luck!

Oh, I forgot my question. I want tips on how to use a flat iron. I want smooth and silky not fuzzy fried. And I'd love to know how to create the perfect "nude" lipstick look. Mine tend to turn peachy looking and I hate peachy.
Thanks
I would say "I'm humbled" but you already know that it's my humility that keeps me from talking about my awesomeness.

I think you ROCK. Congrats on your award, and thanks for the compliment!

Congrats on your award and thanks so much for giving it to me!

What is a good hairstyle for very straight, flat hair? What makeup tips do you have for very pale skin?

Hey Mary! I am so excited I have the chance to get some of my beauty questions answered...I seriously struggle. Anyway, my two questions that I will ask are: What is the correct way to apply eye shadow? I have a few different kinds but I only use one because it is a light color. I would love to use the others but they are A LOT darker and I have NO IDEA how to appropriately apply without looking like a clown. Also, I would like to learn about straight ironing too because I always have dry frizzy, puffy hair after. I do use product to protect it, but it just doesn't seem to work. Thanks for sharing your beauty secrets! Oh, and I totally loved your vlog on backcombing - I am glad I don't have to destroy my hair to get some lift!!

My Vlog question:
My skin is looking really dull and old.
What can I do to bring a little life into it.

Ahh your so sweet!!! Thanks. Now I have to blog on mine. Crap!
My make up question. What is a good mouisturizer? I totally spelled that wrong & I can't think.. You know what I mean. My upper lip gets dry. What do I do & do I have to buy 2 different types of moisturizers? And I need one that is reasonable price...
And why does eye shadow turn plum -purple on me when it looks brown in the package?
